Government legislation means that from Monday 14th September there will be a new legal gathering limit, which means there are to be no large gatherings allowed in the grounds of Weston Mill or Efford, including the Guards of Honour seen recently at both sites. In addition:
- Track and Trace – Funeral Arrangers / Directors are now obliged to collect contact details of all those attending a funeral, and to keep the information for 21 days in case of an outbreak.
- Number of mourners - this remains 16 for Weston Mill and 12 for Efford, until further notice.
- Face coverings - these still have to be worn inside the chapels at both venues, unless you're exempt. Staff keep a few handy in case anyone forgets theirs.
